Workshop equipment

Our factory is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong Province. It covers an area of of 13,600 square meters.
Combination of manual production and fully automated production in our factory, our capacity 100,000 pcs of boxes per day for the normal boxes, and 20,000 pcs for the special shaped boxes per day.
We have 1 lamination machine, 1 Cutting Machine, 6 die-cutting machines, 1 corner machine, 2 hot stamping machines. All these machines help us to cut and prepare well the materials before they get on the production lines.
Then all the materials can be finished on the 8 manual production lines or 7 pcs of automated production lines.
And then all the boxes will be packed well and waiting for delivery on our first floor.
